This vaporisation extracts heat from cooling components touching the skin, ensuring prolonged cooling through continuous water evaporation with adequate airflow.

Utilising thermally conductive graphite with a hydrophilic coating, the cooling pieces efficiently absorb and evaporate water for enhanced cooling. The visor incorporates the familiar design of the unique silicone grid to hold the cooling pieces, thus achieving cooling through direct skin contact with the graphite. While thermal receptors adapt to the temperature shift after around 5 minutes, the persistent cooling effect remains active by briefly exposing unadapted skin through cap re-adjustment.
